Chef Jeff Gebott from H3SH3R BBQ and Head Brewer Paul Mahoney from Launch Pad Brewery spent the evening discussing seasonality, barrel aging, flavors, and cold weather. The perfect brewery event for late January was the result and now the first small Bites and Brews pairing dinner of 2024 is available to attend.

Your ticket grants you access to a private group dining space, welcome beer and snack, plus a five course tasting menu with five specifically chosen craft beers from the brewery. All courses and beer selections will be discussed at each course. Prepare to have your taste buds blown away.
